On November 30, 2017, a total of 5 trainees of the Japan-Mexico Knowledge Co-Creation Program for the Strategic Global Partnership-Intellectual Property Rights [Short-term], hosted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency, Kansai International Center, visited the IP High Court.
After observing the court proceedings, the trainees received an explanation on the outline of the IP High Court from Presiding Judge Yoshiyuki Mori. Then they exchanged views with Judge Mori on issues such as litigation procedures and the use of technical expert knowledge, and toured the office of judicial research officials.
