The Judicial Symposium on Intellectual Property/Tokyo 2017 (JSIP2017)～ IP Dispute Resolution in ASEAN Plus Three (Japan-China-Republic of Korea)～ was held from October 30 to November 1, 2017.
On the first day, which was organized by the Intellectual Property High Court, mock trials were performed by judges and lawyers from Japan, China, Korea, and Singapore under the theme of gathering evidence, followed by a panel discussion based on the results of the mock trials.
