- The Judicial Symposium on Intellectual Property / TOKYO 2023 (JSIP2023) – IP Dispute Resolution in Asia – was held from October 17 to 19, 2023.
In the court section, mock trials were performed by judges, judicial research officials, attorneys and a patent attorney from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and India. Subsequently, judges and attorneys from Japan, the Republic of Korea, and India held panel discussions on the theme of “ IP dispute resolution at various jurisdictions .”
