The Judicial Symposium on Intellectual Property/Tokyo 2018 (JSIP2018)~Global Collaboration for IP Dispute Resolution~ was held from October 31 to November 1,2018.
On the first day, which was organized by the Intellectual Property High Court, mock trials were performed by the judges and lawyers from Japan, Germany, France, the UK and the US under the theme of patent validity issues in patent infringement litigation, followed by a panel discussion based on the results of the mock trials.
